    • The useLocalStorage hook automatically updates components when the data in localStorage changes. It accepts a key and an initial value as arguments.
    • Upon component mount, the hook reads the value from localStorage using the specified key. If the value is not found, the initial value is used.
    • When the value of useLocalStorage changes, it is written to localStorage using the specified key.
    • The useLocalStorage hook is written in TypeScript and is well-tested.
    • Documentation and usage examples have been added to the README.md.

    Added a new function, useForm, to simplify form state management in React applications.
    useForm allows easy tracking of form state, handling input changes, and form resetting.
    The useForm function takes an initial form state object as an argument and returns an object with the current form state, a function to handle input changes, and a function to reset the form.
    An example usage of the useForm function is provided in the project documentation.
